The newer the better is often the case. Keeping in touch with the new in hardware is part of the job.

Repairs, adaptation, working for someone are some pretty important points in this job.
Knowing how to build a computer is also knowing how it works and the new technologies in the sector.
Logistic and calendars needs to be on point so I don't loose time or a hole command.
